… You’ll keep getting what you’ve been getting.
And, you’ll keep not getting what you’ve not been getting.
I say this for my benefit as well as for the benefit of any of you who can use the reminder. It’s something for us to think about over the weekend, and it’s something for us to do something about in the coming weeks and months.
I’m good at a lot of things … I am not special, by any stretch of the imagination … just very blessed. Changing habits is not one of the things I do well, though. Somebody who is good at it, and who has an excellent article on it, is Leo Babauta.
I encourage you to check out his 7 little habits that can change your life, and how to form them. Bookmark it. Print it out. Do whatever you need to do to put it in front of your face so you benefit from the guidance it directly contains, and from all of the fine articles it references. That’s what I’m doing.
